We use local-first databases (WatermelonDB, SQLite, Realm) combined with a background sync layer that handles conflict resolution when connectivity is restored. Mobile apps require continuous maintenance: OS updates break APIs, App Store policies change, dependencies go out of date, and new device sizes require layout adjustments. We offer monthly retainer packages that cover dependency updates, OS compatibility fixes, crash monitoring and remediation, and minor feature additions. Clients on retainers also get priority response on critical production issues.
