When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number (if given), and the content of your message. This data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and assess how we can help.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website — which pages are visited, how long users stay, and where they come from. This data is aggregated and anonymised. No personally identifiable information is tied to analytics data without your explicit consent.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. These logs are used for security monitoring, performance analysis, and debugging. They are not used for tracking individuals.
Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the scope of your engagement with us.
Aggregated analytics data helps us understand which content is most useful to visitors, identify broken links or slow pages, and continuously improve the website experience. This analysis is conducted on anonymised, aggregated data only.
If you have provided your email address and expressed interest in our services, we may send you relevant updates about Swenivis Technologies, including new services, insights articles, or project-related communications. Information submitted via contact forms is retained for up to 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us. This allows us to maintain continuity of service and respond to any follow-up enquiries. After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Server log data is retained for 90 days for security and performance monitoring purposes. After 90 days, logs are automatically purged by our hosting provider (Vercel) in accordance with their data retention policies.
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default, as configured in our Google Analytics account. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@swenivis.com.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to access requests within 30 days.
You may request that we delete your personal data. We will honour erasure requests unless we are legally required to retain certain data (for example, for tax or contractual purposes).
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Upon receiving an objection, we will cease processing your data for marketing immediately.
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to analyse website traffic. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation to minimise the personal data shared with Google.
Contact form submissions are processed and delivered using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes your email address and message content solely for the purpose of delivering your enquiry to us. Data is processed under Resend's data processing agreement.
Our website is hosted on Vercel's global edge network. Vercel processes server log data (including IP addresses) as described above. Vercel's infrastructure is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified.
