Why enterprises stall on transformation
Most enterprise transformation programmes fail not for lack of ambition but for lack of an objective, comparable baseline. Leadership gets conflicting consultant opinions, no shared scoring model, and roadmaps that read as opinion rather than evidence.
ETIP fixes the baseline problem. It assesses maturity across digital, AI-readiness, operations, and organisation dimensions on a single weighted model, then generates a ranked roadmap with effort/impact scoring — so the conversation moves from 'what do you think?' to 'here is where you are, and here is the highest-leverage next move.'
Key pain points
- ✕No objective, comparable maturity baseline across business units
- ✕Consultant assessments that are slow, expensive, and non-reproducible
- ✕Roadmaps presented as opinion, not evidence-ranked priorities
- ✕No instant on-ramp for prospects to see their own readiness
- ✕Transformation progress that is impossible to re-measure over time
What we built
ETIP is a multi-tenant, full-stack application on Next.js 16 (App Router) with PostgreSQL via Prisma. The assessment engine captures inputs across maturity dimensions, applies a weighted scoring model, and produces a maturity profile that is reproducible and re-measurable over time.
An AI roadmap generator (Anthropic Claude) turns the maturity profile into a prioritised set of initiatives ranked by effort and impact, with a board-ready executive summary. Because the scoring is deterministic and the AI only sees the structured profile, the output is grounded and auditable.
The live website-readiness assessor is the prospect on-ramp: an instant scan that scores a public site and seeds the broader transformation assessment — the same 'show, don't tell' pattern we use across our product suite.

Key engineering decisions
Deterministic scoring, AI only on the structured profile
The maturity score is computed by a deterministic weighted model — not the LLM. Claude only consumes the structured profile to draft the roadmap narrative, so results are reproducible and the AI cannot drift the numbers.
Website assessor as the on-ramp
Rather than gate value behind a sales call, the live website-readiness assessor gives prospects an immediate, evidence-based score that flows directly into the full assessment.
Multi-tenant from the foundation
Built tenant-aware from Phase 0 so enterprise customers and partner consultancies can run isolated assessments on the same platform without rework.
Why this architecture
The website-readiness assessor is live and the maturity-assessment foundation is in active development. ETIP is built on the same Next.js + Prisma + Claude stack as the rest of the Swenivis suite, multi-tenant from day one. If you want an objective transformation baseline — or a white-label assessment platform — we can walk you through the architecture and the scoring model.
A note on our approach
Transformation advice is usually opinion dressed as analysis. We built ETIP so the baseline is objective and the roadmap is evidence-ranked. The scoring is deterministic; the AI only writes the narrative on top of it. Happy to show any prospective client exactly how the score is computed.
