Why institutions run on a dozen disconnected systems
A typical institution stitches together a SIS, an LMS, a finance package, spreadsheets for admissions, and email for parent communication. Nothing shares a student record, staff re-key data between systems, and administrators spend more time on operations than on education.
AEOS unifies the full institution lifecycle on one platform-first core (SAX), with a single student record and autonomous agents that absorb the repetitive administrative work — so the institution runs itself in the background.
Key pain points
- ✕Admissions, academics, finance and HR siloed across disconnected systems
- ✕No single student record from enquiry to alumnus
- ✕Administrative load consumes educator and staff time
- ✕Parent/student communication fragmented and manual
- ✕No AI layer to predict at-risk students or automate operations
What we built
AEOS is a platform-first, multi-tenant Next.js 16 + Prisma + PostgreSQL application built on the SAX core — role-aware and extensible across the full institution lifecycle: admissions → enrolment → learning → assessment → outcomes, connected to finance and HR.
Autonomous agents handle admissions triage, scheduling, grading support, attendance and parent/student communication — autonomous with human approval. The unified student record means every module reads and writes the same source of truth.
AEOS reuses the Swenivis Friday One workforce layer for staff operations, so faculty and administrative HR run on the same proven foundation as the rest of the suite.

Key engineering decisions
Platform-first (SAX core), not a bundle of apps
AEOS is built on a multi-tenant platform core so every module shares identity, tenancy and the student record — the opposite of stitching a SIS to an LMS to a finance tool.
One unified student record
Admissions, academics, assessment and finance read and write a single record, so there's no re-keying and no reconciliation between systems.
Reuse the HRMS workforce layer
Faculty and staff operations run on the proven Swenivis Friday One layer rather than a parallel HR system — less to build, one source of truth for people.
Why this architecture
AEOS runs an institution on one AI-native platform instead of a dozen disconnected tools, on the same Next.js 16 + Prisma foundation as the rest of the Swenivis suite. If you run an institution and want admissions, academics, assessment, finance and HR on one platform with agents doing the admin, we can walk you through the SAX core and the agent runtime.
A note on our approach
Educators should spend their time teaching, not re-keying data between five systems. We built AEOS so the institution runs itself in the background — one record, one platform, agents on the admin — and reused our HRMS for staff so we built the right thing once.
